Fractional / Embedded - This service really comes into it’s own if you have a sudden spike in hiring but don’t want to incur high agency fees OR hire a full team member which is time consuming, costly and sometimes impractical. With no lead time, I can get started immediately regardless of the nature of the assignment. Case studies of how this approach works;

Retained Search - My retained service is unique in the market. Structured to ensure you have the maximum value from your investment. Here’s how it works;
Salaries are agreed at the start and this is the figure used to calculate the final payment even if the successful candidate comes in on a higher salary.
The first 1/3rd of the payment is made upfront to secure my time and services. The final 2/3rd is only paid upon successful completion of the assignment.
If the role is cancelled or filled internally, that upfront payment is NOT lost. It can be transferred to another assignment, either immediately or at a later date.
Exclusive Contingent - Your more typical approach for one off assignments. Ideally still approached in a similar partnership to retained work so that the commitment to the process is adhered and the hiring managers and internal talent teams have all the access and information they need from myself. I’ve delivered for clients such as Bucherer, JellyCat, Tiger of Sweden, Kodak, O’Neill & more in exclusive contingent assignments.
Employer Branding - Whether you are in need of defining what your EVP is or just want support on launching some Employer Branding initiatives, I can provide a customised service, utilising expertise gained in a number of international in-house Talent Acquisition roles including Ben Sherman, ASICS, WPP & more.
Organisational Change - Having been involved in multiple large scale change programs and growth initiatives, I can provide first hand experience and advise on the process, best practice and KPIS. I can also provide Redundancy workshops and “Outplacement” services to those affected employees.
